Order Help

If you are new to the Internet or are not familiar with ordering products online, we have help for you here. If you need additional help you may write to info@vitta.com.

When you find an item that you would like to order, click on the drop down list to pick the specifications you need (if applicable). To indicate the quantity that you want to order either click on the quantity drop down list or enter the quantity in the quantity box (whichever is applicable for the item you are ordering). Then click the "Add to Cart" button to add it to your shopping cart. This will take you to the shopping cart page which shows you a list of all the items you have ordered so far. You can then either go to checkout or go back to the order page and order as many other items as you wish. The shopping cart keeps track of your items. If you want to just start all over from the begining, click the "View Cart" button and then click on the "Empty Shopping Cart" button and start over. This will delete all the items in your cart.

During this process you can't "break" anything. So do not worry about making mistakes or changing your mind. Your order will not go through until after you have entered your address and credit card information and you have clicked on "Submit Order" at the bottom of the page. If you do not click on "Submit Order" the information you entered eventually expires and is thrown away without it being seen by anyone.
